President & CEO
Brian Ippolito has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Orbis Technologies, Inc. since 2006. Under his leadership, Orbis has established itself as an industry leading Global Content Management Software, Solutions and Services company that provides products and services around the world. With a client roster of Fortune 100 business, U.S. military and intelligence community organizations, federal agencies, and global publishers and media companies, Orbis has software deployed in over 50 cities in 12 countries on four continents around the globe.
Prior to Orbis, Mr. Ippolito was Director of Advanced Programs and Products, C4ISR and Networked Systems at Northrop Grumman, where he directed many advanced technology programs and business operations. His work at Northrop Grumman and at Orbis benefitted immensely from his time at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as a researcher, where he published numerous papers and contributed to the book Lean Enterprise Value, Insights from MIT’s Lean Aerospace Initiative.
Mr. Ippolito served in the United States Air Force and has received numerous awards and recognition to include the prestigious John J. Welch Award for Acquisition Excellence and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Maryland.
Mr. Ippolito received a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Engineering and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management and the Graduate School of Engineering. He is currently serving on the Alumni Board for Illinois Institute of Technology.
Corporate EVP, Global Services
As Corporate Executive Vice President of our Global Services business unit, Thuy’s responsibilities include driving national and international business growth and providing the strategic direction and development for our DocZone software. She also oversees RSI Content Solutions India, our subsidiary that provides MarkLogic engineering and consulting services.
Thuy previously served as Chief Operating Officer for Orbis Technologies until January 2018. Prior to Orbis, she held a number of roles in contracts management at Science Applications International Corporation, Peace Corps, and Northrop Grumman. She was a finalist for the Corporate Private Sector Small Business Award by Women in Technology in 2012.
Thuy holds a BS degree in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MS degree in Financial Management from University of Maryland University College.
Chief Financial Officer
Matt has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Orbis Technologies since 2012. He brings more than 20 years of experience in business management, mergers, acquisition and corporate finance. Matt served as Chief Financial Officer for the New Jersey Region of Ryan Homes, a division of NVR, Inc., one of the largest homebuilders in the nation with over $3 billion in annual revenue. There he developed the company’s business operating plan for the New Jersey region, with average revenue of over $100 million. Prior to NVR, Matt worked for Visteon Corporation, the third largest automotive supplier in the world with $11 billion in annual revenues and 80 manufacturing facilities worldwide.
Matt has served in the United States Navy as Surface Warfare Officer within the Combat Systems Department. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Vice President, Content Management Programs
Steve joined Orbis Technologies in March 2017 as part of Orbis’ merger with RSI Content Solutions. As Vice President, Operations, he is responsible for leading the professional services team to successfully implement software solutions, resource allocation, contract, vendor, and facility management.
Steve joined RSI in 2011 as Vice President, Operations. Prior to RSI, he was Vice President of Operations for Thomas Technology Solutions (previously Reed Technology and Information Services). Steve began his career with Unisys and rose through the organization to the level of Director, Materials for Personal Computers.
Vice President, Operations and Customer Care
Steve joined Orbis Technologies in January 2018 as the Vice President of Operations and Customer Care. He oversees the day-to-day operations to support the growth of our organization. He is also responsible for all aspects of customer care including building and executing a scalable approach to support our clients through their Lifecyle.
Steve spent 17 years at the large consulting firms, KPMG and Deloitte, leading various Information Technology implementation teams supporting the Federal government.
Steve has served in the United States Navy as a Naval Flight Officer, including combat flights during the Persian Gulf War. He holds a Masters in Information Systems from The George Washington University and a Bachelors of Science from the United States Naval Academy.
